We had an easy day today. Chris and Leah got in late last night so there was no hurry to get up and get going. When we did, Chris and Papa went fishing. The conditions were about as bad as they could be, but they gave it a good try. Leah, Anita, and I went for a short hike up the river.
After lunch, Chris, Papa, and I went fishing again. The river is running high and muddy. The wind was up. The banks of the river are cover with brush which makes casting difficult. The conditions for fly fishing were as unfavorable as they could be. What else could make the fishing less promising?
After the rain forced us into the cabin, we taught Chris and Leah how to play 42. The dominoes have been in use the entire evening. like I said, we have had an easy day.
