Monday, 13 July, 2009 – This morning it was the girls turn to go fishing. Kevin arrived a little before 7:00 am. Tracie, Anita, and Alan went fishing with him. I stayed behind because more than four people on the boat make the casting a little precarious. I stayed behind so I could spend some time with my camera.
I photographed seabirds and crabs. Tracie and Alan each caught a trout that was a keeper.
We spent the afternoon as we typically do, resting and hiding from the sun.
Anita and I took a stroll down the main street of the Island. We stopped at an internet café and checked for tour results. Couldn't find any. We walked back along the beach.
Later as the sun was going down, we all went for a walk along the beach. To my amazement, I met the Assistant Warden in charge of education from my unit out walking with his wife. How far do I have to go to get away from work? Afterwards, we played dominoes until two in the morning.
