Wichita Falls, Texas to The Farm Saturday, 7 July, 2012
Today was a day like the first day of our expedition, we drove. It is always nice to get home after a long trip, no matter how great it was. But I have to admit, part of me feels as if the trip is unfinished. If the plan was to spend time with Paul, Diana, and Jay, then the trip was a complete success. If the plan was to see the Grand Canyon and spend enough time there to feel like we had a true Canyon experience, then once again, it was everything we hoped for. However, I really wanted to see the North Rim.
One must remember that the journey is the reward, not the destination.
