Just Another Week Ends and a New One Begins

I can not say that anything spectactular has happened this week. And I can not say that the coming week is much better. Except for one thing. My daughter and her sons are here for the week. Kelly is helping Anita with Vaction Bible School. So, in the evenings, I will have my grandsons to play with. We are thinking about going fishing, camping out, and definately riding the zipline. Paul, Diana, and Jay plan to visit on Tuesday.

This past week I spent two days in Huntsville for counselor training. Everytime I go to Huntsvill, I come back to the unit completely overwhelmed with what is expected of us. It is impossible for the counselors to do all  that is required. The standing consensus is that we will do all we can in a day and pick it up again the next day. We will do what we can and at the end of the day leave it all behind the fences and go home to our familes and lives.

The thing that I am most excited about is our upcoming expedition to the Grand Canyon. Paul, Diana, and Jay are joining us on this trip. We will be gone for two weeks. If we could, I would leave tomorrow. I need to refresh the screen imagine on my eyes.

This is all you are getting tonight. I put in a long weekend. I fixed the water heater, finished the automatic water system, weeded 140 feet of grapevines, picked over a gallon of blueberries, weeded a flower bed, trim around two others, built a ventilated inner cover and an upper entarance for one of the beehives, layed out the plans for the zipline safety net, taught Sunday School, created a powerpoint for Vaction Bible School, cleaned the upstairs for our company, and now before I go to bed, clean up where the dog threw up. Good night.
