The Lockdown Continues

Another slow, peaceful week. The Unit is still locked down. We are expecting the lockdown to end on Wednesday. Normally I would say that I had gotten caught up on a lot of paperwork, but the computer system has been having major problems. It is running extremely slow and disconnects from the intranet every few minutes. It was a little better today, but not by much.

Things were so slow that I took Friday off. The weather was beautiful. I spent the entire morning outside. That afternoon we drove to Leah and Chris'.

Saturday we went to Kelly and Bryan's for Dean's fourth birthday party. It was a typical kid's birthday party. Kids all over the place, the parents visiting, lots of pictures being taken, good fun, and just plain fun.

Anita and I came on home that afternoon.

And that's the high points of this week. Not much, huh?
